Background: The Mastercard Tech hub in NSW is an employer of over 400 staff
Problem: The Tech hub, in St Leonards NSW, employs over 400 people and supports call centres in Australia, and also
North and South America and Asia at the height of the COVID pandemic. They needed to inform and educate staff very
quickly on back to work procedures.
Solution: We worked closely with the client to create a COVID safe back to work plan video. We used both graphics and
still images taken within their office to demonstrate rules and designations in a concise and easy to follow way. The three
key aspects – voice, graphics and imagery – reflected different ways that information is absorbed and understood. The video was created in two days.
Result: The client was thrilled with the result and staff compliance increased as a result of the video.
