Background: ProAgni is an Australian agriculture company that develops antibiotic free, methane-reducing animal feeds
and supplements. Riverina Stockfeeds is one of ProAgni’s manufacturers and distributors. Together with Delta Agribusiness
(Agronomists and resellers) they supply feeds and supplements to Aussie farmers.
Problem: ProAgni is a relatively small, new and currently unknown supplier of antibiotic and methane-reducing stock
feeds. It is represented in the Australian market on the East Coast by Riverina Stockfeeds a large and influential agri
manufacturer and supplier. Riverina saw potential in ProAgni products and worked with their reseller Delta Agribusiness to
marry customers with agriculture suppliers and agronomists to help pitch the advanced supplements to Aussie farmers.
Solution: We worked with ProAgni and The Australian Lamb Company to discover a shortfall in the antibiotic free, lamb export market in Australia. We created a print and online campaign to encourage farmers to switch to antibiotic free feed
to reach a bigger and more lucrative market.
Result: Delta Agribusiness and Riverina Stockfeeds saw an increase in enquiries for feed and the East Coast demand for
ProAgni products continues to grow.
